The apartment is located in Mooca, a neighborhood situated in the east area of São Paulo. The owners wanted a home that was versatile and could accommodate all their family and friends. They wanted a home that attend their day-to-day needs. To attend their expectations we integrate the living room, the home theater and the balcony. The designer includes a sliding glass door between the living room and balcony creating the possibility of integrating them or not. Besides she increased the size of the living room and integrated with the home theater.

The client wanted something very discreet, so in the master room the design team used light colors and the highlight in the cushions, but still, following the same color palette of the rest of the room.

For the daughter's room, it made a more romantic atmosphere in pink and white woodwork. For the toilet it opted for an elegant ambiance with gold accents.
