Architects Flávia Gerab and Silvana Mattar from Mattar Tayar Arquitetura present the new concept of living: «The Boutique Residence 218».

The modern and contemporary space with presence of authentic retro created to welcome Upscale residential customers, is inspired by a fictional character - a real estate investor who focuses on a specific service of quality and comfort in the smallest details. The proposal suggests a unique and particular experience of living, involving firstly the possibility of storing in a simple and organized way all the residents' belongings. The apartment of dreams to those who lead a dynamic and running life. The ambiance translates all the comfort of a home of its own, with integrated spaces that combine quality, warmth and design, in a category of high standard and technology. Divided into kitchen, social area, bathroom and master suite, this integration considers all environments equally important and concentrates noble and functional materials. The evolution of the design, the forms and textures is what leads to the feeling of a "Living House".

Design is the strong point of the project, as are the coatings ranging from the living room to the master bath in a cadence that produces the lightness of a single song, such as Rio longue chaise by Oscar Niemeyer (Etel), or Tripé dining table designed by Etel Carmona, chairs Anel by Ricardo Fasanello and lighting by Cristiana Bertolucci – side by side with Italian furniture such as Baxter's armchairs and lamp by Marset.
