Thanks to the Wetag Consulting, a company recognized as a winner of Luxury Lifestyle Awards in the category of The Best Luxury Real Estate Brokerage in Switzerland, you will find your ideal home available in the amazing Swiss canton of Ticino.

There are places that can be called the embodiment of the idea of la dolce vita, and Ticino is one of them. This magnificent Mediterranean region, generously endowed with irresistible natural charm, has become an ideal place for lovers of exquisite lifestyle against the backdrop of picturesque landscapes of southern Switzerland.
Wetag Consulting is proud to represent the owners of the most refined and high-end properties in Ticino since 1973. Having started as a classical real estate agency, the team has achieved significant success in the international real estate market. Now, almost half a century later, Wetag Consulting is a full-service boutique real estate brokerage that helps owners of luxury properties to find buyers and clients from around the world to find the homes of their dreams.

The company is owned by Philipp Peter and Ueli Schnorf, who lead a team of experienced professionals, using their deep industry knowledge to help clients from 70 countries. Fluent knowledge of six languages and extensive understanding of the Ticino region allow Wetag Consulting to represent the interests of a huge number of clients and provide a full range of services related to luxury real estate at the highest level.

Ticino is an area that is imbued with the spirit of a beautiful Italian lifestyle surrounded by lush vegetation, Swiss Alps, picturesque lakes, in the rays of the gentle sun, where palm trees and bamboo are growing wildly. Along with the stunning nature, this area has a favorable geographical location and excellent infrastructure in the most southern Canton, providing extensive shopping opportunities, a variety of entertainment, culinary experiences, and a wide range of facilities that allow you to enjoy life to the fullest.
However, the charm of a relaxing Swiss Mediterranean lifestyle in Ticino would be incomplete without a wide range of luxury apartments, houses, and villas available for purchase. Most of the luxury properties offered to Wetag Consulting clients are located in picturesque locations with breathtaking views of Lake Maggiore and Lake Lugano. Most of them are exclusive properties that can not be found anywhere else.

In the process of market research and determining the winners, the expert committee of Luxury Lifestyle Awards took into account the fact that Wetag Consulting not only follows the latest trends and participates in numerous congresses and workshops at the global level, but is also a market trendsetter itself. The company is a member of the European Real Estate Network, the exclusive affiliate of Christie's International Real Estate, member of Luxury Portfolio, and member of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.
Wetag Consulting team creates the most comfortable conditions for both luxury property sellers and future homeowners. Building on What's Already There As this year's LIV Hospitality Design Awards winners settle into the wider conversation, certain patterns become difficult to ignore. Properties built for warm-climate escape recur across the list. Sustainability surfaces less as a stated goal than as a working method. And several of the strongest projects are renovations rather than new builds. Read together, the winners point toward where hospitality design is heading as the year continues. Designed for the Season Several of this year's winners speak directly to the season ahead. Kona Village , on Hawaii's Big Island, reimagines an 81-acre resort around the history of Kaupulehu, led by Greg Warner and Mike McCabe of Walker Warner. The rebuilt property includes 150 traditional guest hale, a new spa, and five restaurants and bars—two of which carry over from the original resort. Rather than a wholesale reinvention, the project reads as a continuation: a property rebuilt around what made the original site significant in the first place.
