Workspace Design Show Amsterdam 2025 Set to Inspire the Future of Workspaces

Following its hugely successful debut in October 2023, Workspace Design Show returns on 5 - 6 November 2025 at the RAI Amsterdam, bringing together industry leaders, visionaries, and top brands to shape the future of workspace design.


With over 6000 visitors, 120+ speakers, 800+ exhibiting products, and an array of engaging features, this year’s event is set to be bigger and more inspiring than ever.


Exciting Highlights for 2025 include:


  • The FRAME Awards will take place at the show, celebrating excellence in workspace design.
  • Three conferences featuring thought-provoking discussions from leading global occupiers such as Booking.com, Amazon, Zoom, Ubisoft, alongside top A&D figures from Gensler, UNStudio, HENN, CBRE, Colliers, and Arcadis.
  • A stellar lineup of brands, including Vitra, Interface, VEPA, Artifort, Pedrali, Kettal, Interstuhl, Konig + Neurath, Humanscale, and Palmberg, showcasing cutting-edge solutions for workspaces.
  • Five special experiential features designed by leading architects from UNStudio, Casper Schwarz, M Moser Associates, and Mecanoo, offering visitors immersive, thought-provoking experiences.
