Warsaw Home & Contract 2025 – Discover the Future of Home Design & Construction
From October 22 to 25, 2025, the Ptak Warsaw Expo in Pruszków, Poland, will host the 9th edition of Warsaw Home & Contract, the largest interior design trade fair in Central and Eastern Europe. This year, the event expands its scope, encompassing seven specialized trade fairs under one roof: Lighting, Textiles, Bathroom, Furniture, Kitchen, Build and Contract.

A Hub for Innovation & Inspiration: Six Thematic Zones
Warsaw Home & Contract has established itself as a premier platform for professionals in the interior design, architecture, and construction industries. The fair offers a comprehensive exhibition of design, furniture, bathroom and kitchen fixtures, sanitary ceramics, and finishing materials.
Attendees can explore a diverse range of products, including flooring, wall coverings, lighting, windows, doors, stairs, and gates, all combining functionality, style, innovation, and high-quality craftsmanship.
- Kitchen: ergonomic layouts, storage systems, fittings, hobs, ovens, and hoods that directly influence convenience and utility bills.
- Bathroom: ceramics, fittings, shower cabins, bathtubs, and wellness solutions; focus on coating durability, water efficiency, and ease of installation.
- Light: architectural and decorative lighting, LED sources, power and control; practical scenarios for kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and gardens.
- Build: finishing materials, doors, windows, stairs, floors, insulation, and smart home (heating, blinds, lighting control).
- Furniture: furniture for all home areas, including outdoor spaces.
- Textile: upholstery and decorative fabrics, acoustics, carpets, curtains, and blinds.

Knowledge You Take Home: the Expert Program
An integral part of the fair will be the Design Trends Congress—the main conference devoted to the future of design, technological innovation, spatial aesthetics, and development strategies in the creative sector. Within its framework, an educational block is planned, combining inspiration with practical application.
Knowledge and Inspiration for the Future
One of the pillars of the congress will be ArchiDAY — a four-day cycle of events combining 8 thematic blocks, 24 workshops and trainings, and special exhibitions. It is a space where experts and renowned architects share practical knowledge on design, business, and future technologies, while participants gain opportunities for direct conversations and networking. The central point of the program will be the premiere of the project “Materials Ready for the Future”, dedicated to innovative solutions for houses and apartments.
Polish Design Connects
The congress will also host the SPFP Conference – Polish Design Connects, presenting the latest trends in industrial design and showing the impact of Polish design thinking on the economy. For individual investors, it is a great opportunity to discover brands that combine aesthetics with domestic production—ensuring shorter service, component compatibility, and after-sales support.
The
Institute of Optimal Construction will deliver lectures aimed at developers, architects, and contractors, but equally valuable for conscious private investors: on multilayer design, energy management in buildings, and reducing operating costs through careful selection of materials and installations.
The
Home Building Academy, in turn, focuses on practice: training for investors who want to confidently navigate technical parameters (flows, resistance classes, insulation, certificates), schedules, and budgets. This is knowledge to be applied immediately after leaving the hall.
Minimal Line in Practice
A new element in the program will be the Trade Studio: a space where theory meets practice. A highlight will be the Minimal Line series by interior architect Klaudia Mączka-Rzewuska, known for combining design precision with artistic sensitivity. Her lectures will cover topics such as minimalist accessories shaping interior atmospheres, functional design of small apartments, and bathroom arrangements—from glamour to minimalist spa. Practical advice particularly valuable for designers and investors seeking ergonomic, comfortable, and aesthetic spaces even in limited square footage.

Specia Events: Where Design Meets Craft and Technology
- Łygan Design Experts Zone – a premiere exhibition of multifunctional furniture that saves space and money while maintaining high aesthetics.
- Only Abstract – an original space combining contemporary art, interior design, and performance. Expect sculptural-spatial installations and artistic decorative objects that give interiors an individual character without breaking the budget.
- Floor Layers’ Days – workshops and demonstrations of innovations in flooring: renovation, installation, protection, acoustics. A practical guide for anyone replacing or refreshing floors.
- Wiśnia Builds – a unique segment combining home construction, modern technologies, and the psychology of the investment process. Alongside meetings with specialists, musical events will also take place—a moment of relaxation in the middle of an intense fair day.
A key highlight of this edition will be the
Poland Design Festival—a project realized within Warsaw Home & Contract, now in an expanded format. The festival will cover all fair halls, creating a spectacular, coherent space for creators, artists, designers, and creative studios.
Visitors will discover over 20 carefully designed thematic zones: from applied design, through material solutions, to areas dedicated to discussions about the design process.
Meetings with Global Icons of Design
The central feature will be the Warsaw Home Design Zone, bringing together some of the most influential designers of our time:
- Karim Rashid, called the “icon of futuristic design,” author of over 4,000 projects, from furniture and lighting to fashion and packaging. His work, created with brands such as Alessi, Umbra, and Veuve Clicquot, is known for bold forms and vivid colors. A laureate of prestigious awards, Rashid is one of the most creative designers of his generation, believing that design has the power to transform everyday life.
- Ross Lovegrove, a visionary of contemporary design, nicknamed “Captain Organic”. Ranging from furniture and lighting to collaborations with Apple, Airbus, and Vitra, his works resemble organic sculptures from another dimension. Exploring artificial intelligence, he creates projects at the intersection of art and science. His DNA philosophy - Design, Nature, Art - makes every work a unique manifesto.
- Fabio Novembre, Italian architect and designer, renowned for bold and often provocative projects. Author of design icons such as the Nemo chair (a sculptural face one can sit in) and the Him & Her chairs (inspired by the human body). His style blends beauty, history, and function with symbolic and abstract imagination, provoking reflection on identity and emotions in interiors.
Their presence at Warsaw Home & Contract 2025 will transform the Design Zone into a true meeting place of art, design, and vision. It is a unique opportunity to hear not only about projects but also about the philosophy behind the work of the greatest contemporary designers.
