Gordonia Private Hotel

May 21, 2021

Ran & Morris Architecture & Design projected Gordonia Private hotel located in the magical and historical landscape of the Jerusalem hills that offers an unmatched upscale and intimate experience in hospitality.

The hotel extends over 11 acres of natural woodland, orchards and wild plants and sets a new standard, paying attention to details which include maximum compatibility of room temperature, music in the room, as well as free 24/7 access to the villa’s living room where meticulous meals and snacks as well as coffee and alcoholic beverages are beautifully served. There are inspiring walking trails in the area, cultural activities, sports, and of course pampering spa treatments in the newly built spa at the hotel.

The concept of the architect Ran Yanuv and designer Morris Algazi from Ran & Morris is simple and precise “to contain, to complete and to compliment the local mountainous area, and to harmoniously integrate within it,” explains Algazi and adds “The Jerusalem mountains and their proximity to the desert, inspired the selection of interesting textures, furniture and accessories made from natural materials with local colors and shades seasoned with touches of eclectic and intense graphic patterns”.

The hotel includes only 21 suites, each with its very own private heated pool and a hot- tub for the exclusive use of its guests. A personal butler is also on hand, as well as a pillow menu from which to choose the precise pillow that meets your needs. Needless to say, each suite affords a spectacular and breathtaking view of the Jerusalem hills and many additional amenities which aim to enhance the sojourn at the hotel.
