Key Trends and Inspirations Across a Wide Range of Sectors

Warsaw Home & Contract 2025 offered visitors an extensive view of the interior design industry, presenting a rich map of sectors. At the same time, the fair highlighted current trends, including eco-friendly materials and multifunctional furniture. Visitors were inspired by the innovative use of textures, colors, and materials, as well as creative solutions for both residential and commercial spaces.

  • Warsaw Build Home, brings together leaders from the construction, architecture, interior design, and building technology markets. In 2025, it emerged as one of the most dynamic segments of the fair, attracting a wide range of professionals including investors, contractors, architects, and distributors of finishing materials. The sector highlighted innovative solutions for modern construction, showcasing products and technologies that seamlessly combine design vision with practical building applications, emphasizing quality, efficiency, and sustainability in every project.

  • Warsaw Home Light, from decorative lighting to technical, architectural, and system innovations, this sector represents a sector that integrates technology, aesthetics, and functionality. In 2025, it emerged as one of the most atmospheric and visually captivating areas of the trade fair, presenting a comprehensive array of solutions that impart character to any space.

  • Warsaw Home Textile. The fabric zone highlighted the essential role that materials play in shaping an interior atmosphere. Exhibitors illustrated that textiles serve not merely as accessories, but as foundational elements in establishing mood, acoustics, and ambiance within a space. Notably, 45% of brands showcased premium products, ranging from upholstery fabrics to contract textiles. There was a growing emphasis on eco-friendly products and recycled materials, which constituted 12% of the overall offering. Each year, the textile sector increasingly serves as a vital link among the furniture, hotel, and design industries, evolving the soft design trend into a significant market phenomenon.

  • Warsaw Home Bathroom, a realm where design harmonizes with functionality. This area emphasizes contemporary bathroom solutions, encompassing ceramics, fixtures, furniture, wellness technologies, shower enclosures, bathtubs, and mounting systems.

  • Warsaw Home Kitchen, functionality, and contemporary technology intertwines with the emotions and passion of culinary arts. The displays harmonized aesthetics with practical solutions for residential spaces, the hospitality sector, and investment initiatives. Exhibitors presented the kitchen as the nucleus of a modern lifestyle: intelligent, ergonomic, and visually appealing.

  • Warsaw HomeFurniture represents the most significant segment of Warsaw Home 2025, serving as a convergence point for the furniture, design, and contract industries. This year, it drew an unprecedented number of visitors and the highest concentration of exhibitors across all zones. From artisanal collections to everyday classics, the event featured new collections of home, office, outdoor, and contract furniture, alongside innovative solutions in ergonomics, sustainable design, and production technology.

"Warsaw Home conventional trade fair; it embodies a dynamic design ecosystem where architecture, art, and emotions converge. The enthusiasm of the audience was remarkable - the attendance at the lectures illustrates a burgeoning passion for design and spatial culture in Poland."

The four-day event featured a rich program of lectures, workshops, and expert consultations, offering a total of 340 hours of substantive content across eight stages and over 16 partner zones, covering topics from architecture and smart homes to design, applied art, and technological innovations.

The Poland Design Festival 2025 made a vibrant return after a multi-year hiatus, serving as a dynamic platform that integrates art, design, and business within Warsaw Home & Contract. The festival featured 12 partners and four thematic zones across more than 2,000 square meters, showcasing a wide range of contemporary Polish design. It became a focal point of the fair’s creative landscape, where innovation, aesthetics, and craftsmanship converged in inspiring dialogue.

During the fair, the Association of Industrial Designers (SPFP) launched the Polish Design Connects program, one of the event’s key highlights.
