G&G _ Magazine unveils 9 World's Best Restaurants for this Summer! Crossing the world and making stops in the most beautiful cities in the world, we have selected places where you can enjoy your exclusive meals with luxury touch.

1. Pujol - Mexico City
Opened in 2000, this restaurant was the first project from Chef Enrique Olvera. Considered one of the leading proponents of Mexican gastronomy in the world. His work connects with the ingredients and ancestral techniques of regional cuisines. His bet has been to give a primordial value to the soil and to the diversity conservation, for him these elements keep a deep relation with the flavor, the human being and the conservation of the environment.

2. White Rabbit - Moscow
Located under a glass dome on a 16th floor of Smolenskiy Passage, White Rabbit is the first joint project of restaurateur Boris Zarkov and chef Vladimir Mukhin. Beautiful, modern and daring in its own way. Here for the first time Russian cuisine sounds in unison with the latest culinary trends and Russian products rise to a height of recognized delicacies. Every dish from White Rabbit menu is a result of a long work, gastronomical expeditions and a special respect for traditions.)

3. The Ledbury - London
The restaurant is located on Ledbury Road in London, and offers a wide range of delicious plates, included the special dishes for vegan people. The place always gains many accolades thanks to its Australian chef, Brett Graham. Besides the restaurant holds two Michelin stars.

4. Tim Raue - Berlin
The Restaurant offers a deliberately simple ambiance influenced by the urban atmosphere of Berlin. By harmoniously combining past and present, the interior also reflects the career of Tim Raue, who grew up in Kreuzberg: a floor made of cast asphalt, classic gallery lighting, and furniture that looks like museum exhibits maintain the character of the former Crone gallery and thereby embody the rough character of the Kreuzberg district of Berlin. High-quality, simple furniture made of American walnut, fine Kvadrat material and modern design classics, such as the newly interpreted “EAMES CHAIR” from Vitra as well as the ASA porcelain series KOLIBRI that was created by Tim Raue himself, all stand for haute cuisine and the current spirit of the times.

5. Steirereck - Wien
This Austrian restaurant is a place of enjoyment and relaxation near located Stadpark. Working with passion Is constantly searching for the aromas and flavors of its country to create the delicious dishes that tell the story and the culture of food. 6. Osteria Francescana - Modena
Massimo Bottura opened Osteria Francescana in his hometown of Modena in 1995. From early on, the restaurant engaged in a profound explorationof territory and tradition, the expression of which can be found in the absolute concentration of flavors guided by Bottura’s definition: “Tradition seen from 10 km away”. Today Osteria Francescana continues to redefine Italy’s rich gastronomic heritage, ingredients and culinary traditions with the benefit of critical distance, contemporary cooking techniques, and a constant desire to insure that the Italian kitchen evolves.

7. Odette - Singapore
Chef-Owner Julien Royer, together with The Lo & Behold Group, opened Odette at the iconic National Gallery Singapore in November 2015. The restaurant is Royer’s maiden effort as Chef-Owner and the Group’s first fine dining establishment. Odette has been lauded by critics and guests alike, and was awarded 2-Michelin stars a mere 9-months into its opening. Odette is named in tribute to Royer’s grandmother who taught him how some of the most remarkable dishes can come from the purest ingredients and believed in ensuring that the fundamental pleasures of enjoying a meal are delivered in the most thoughtful, welcoming and hospitable manner.

8. Carlo e Camilla in Segheria - Milan
This time the empty box of Tanja Solci, art director, exhibitions’ curator and designer, is the historical sawmill of her grandparents, a 1929’s factory. With the aesthetic and creative culture, today that box is the unexpected and magical place that hosts the restaurant Carlo e Camilla in Segheria, born from the interaction between Tanja Solci, Carlo Cracco and Nicola Fanti. Dishes referring to the Italian gastronomic tradition reworked in a modern key, and more actual proposals with original ingredients and combinations are found in the menu. The offer is seasonal and changes 4 times a year, always including meat, fish and vegetarian options with fresh and selected ingredients.

9. The Draycott - Los Angeles
Fettle, the LA and London based design studio has designed The Draycott, a European-inspired brasserie with a Californian twist situated in Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles. The flagship restaurant, by acclaimed restaurateurs Matt and Marisa Hermer, evokes a sense of nostalgia of a grand European brasserie balanced with the flair of its Californian location.

Properties built for warm-climate escape recur across the list. Sustainability surfaces less as a stated goal than as a working method. And several of the strongest projects are renovations rather than new builds. Read together, the winners point toward where hospitality design is heading as the year continues. Designed for the Season Several of this year's winners speak directly to the season ahead. Kona Village , on Hawaii's Big Island, reimagines an 81-acre resort around the history of Kaupulehu, led by Greg Warner and Mike McCabe of Walker Warner. The rebuilt property includes 150 traditional guest hale, a new spa, and five restaurants and bars—two of which carry over from the original resort. Rather than a wholesale reinvention, the project reads as a continuation: a property rebuilt around what made the original site significant in the first place.
